Timberwolves Fire Ryan Saunders, Reportedly Hire Chris Finch As Head Coach

(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Timberwolves are moving on from head coach Ryan Saunders. According to multiple reports, the team has dismissed the coach after a 103-99 loss on the road against the Knicks. Minnesota was struggling on the season at 7-and-24. The Timberwolves went 19-and-24 last season and missed the playoffs en route to the number one pick in the draft. The head coach was the son of the late and former Timberwolves coach, Flip Saunders. The Timberwolves will now to turn their attention to Raptors assistant coach Chris Finch, who is reportedly being brought in as the new head coach on a multi-year deal.
