E. Coli Lettuce Outbreak Hits 172 People In 32 States

Cases continue to mount in the nationwide E. coli outbreak linked to romaine lettuce from Yuma, Arizona. The CDC now says 172 people have become infected in 32 states.  One person has died and 75 have been hospitalized, including 20 with kidney failure.  Health officials now say the romaine lettuce should no longer be in stores or restaurants because it was harvested April 16th and has a three-week shelf life.
