Newly released body cam footage shows Robert Burck, 50, who’s better known for wearing nothing but underwear, cowboy boots and a hat as he plays his guitar at Times Square was taken into custody Saturday on a panhandling charge during Daytona’s Bike Week.
He is clearly none to happy about this whole situation, and even his guitar gets broken.
