American farmers have the opportunity to help support their local public school districts through $10,000 and $25,000 grants for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education programs via the America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education Program.

These grants support STEM education by funding initiatives such as technology upgrades, green houses and gardens, lab enhancements and more.  The program, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund and supported by America’s farmers, will award approximately $2.3 million in grants to eligible rural schools in 2017 – helping farmers to support causes that create positive impacts in their local communities.
