iHeartMedia in Minneapolis / St. Paul is pleased to positively impact our community through in-kind donations. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be followed in order to be considered for an in-kind item.

Request Eligibility
Requests must be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.

Requests related to the following are INELIGIBLE to receive donations:
• Awards, prizes and incentive programs (for profit)
• Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations
• Individuals or individual pursuits, fraternal, labor or political groups

Application Process
All donation requests must be submitted through the online application at least six (6) weeks prior to an event. Faxes, emails, phone calls and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.

Processing Your Request
Please do not call on the status of your donation. You will receive notification once your request is confirmed and processed.

Donations are scheduled for a pick-up approximately two (2) weeks before the item is needed for the event. Requests will be picked-up between 8am-5pm weekdays at:
