The mother and aunt of a Georgia teenager charged with killing a baby are in legal hot water as well.  The two relatives of 17-year old De'Marquise Elkins were arrested today, accused of lying to the police.  Elkins is facing first-degree murder charges along with a 14-year old boy in Brunswick for the death of a 13-month old boy.

Police are not elaborating on what kind of false information Elkins' mother Karimah and aunt Katrina provided to them.  Last week, the aunt told a TV station her nephew was with her at the time of the shooting. The child was shot as his mother pushed him in his stroller last week.
