Hotel magnate Jim Graves announced Thursday that he will seek a rematch against Rep. Michele Bachmann in next year's midterm election. Graves narrowly lost to Bachmann last November (by around 4,300 votes), and the Democrat hopes to once again unseat Bachmann from the most GOP-friendly district in the state.

"These days, Congress is all about scoring political points rather than actually solving problems, and Minnesota’s 6th District – my home – is losing out because of that more than anywhere,” Graves said in a statement. ”I’m not interested in celebrity, only in solutions."

Bachmann's campaign quickly followed the announcement with a web page depicting Graves as a puppet of President Obama and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. An accompanying video claims that Graves "supports the Obama/Pelosi bailouts."
